Have received instructions from the Pro1 prietor to offer for Sale, at their Mart, Queen Street, oa Saturday, August 20th, at 12 o'clock — the following very valuable allotments, 1 viz.: — A N Allotment in the centre of Comraer- ■£*- cial Bay, with the outside Water house !
