A PUBLIC MEETING of the £hare- -^*- holders, and others interested in this Association, will be held in the Hall of the Auckland Mechanics', Institution, on Friday Evening, at 7£ for 8 o'clock, when the present preliminary Committee will resign office, and it will therefore be necessary for those who may have by that time become Shareholders, to elect a committee and officers, for such periods as may be deemed expedient.
