FARM FOR SALE ON THE TAMAKI. "Ji/fR. J. NEWMAN has received instruc- *•*-*- tions, from Mr. David White, to offer for Sale by private contract, his Farm on the Tamaki, containing 104 acres of pasture land, divided into several paddocks, having a weather-board House & Barn, Stock-yard, Stables, and every necessary appendage for such a Farin. The Agent will be gratified if capitalists and intending purchasers will inspect this property, as it possesses many attractions which cannot be alluded to in an advertisement. The soil is a fine mixture of volcanic and alluvial^ producing a rich "herbage for sheep and csittle. Every separate paddock has the peculiar advantage of a never failing supply of fresh water, and the boundary fences are nearly all new. Its social -advantages are great, surrounded by enterprising and highly respectable settlers. Its religious privileges not less so^ — situated within half a iniie of St. John's Church and the College. The scenery is beautiful, having a fine view of the waters of the Tamaki, upon which the produce can be shipped to Auckland. . The price moderate, the proprietor wishing at once to proceed to his farm at Papakura. ' J. Newman is also authorized to Sell that valuable Property now laid out in Building Allotments, containing about 10 Acres, situated between the Royal George Inn, Newmarket, and the Paddock belonging to Benj. E. Turner/ Esq., having a frontage to Epsom Road. The stream of water from Hobson's Bridge running through the allotment renders it a very desirable investment.

AN ESTATE ON THE TAMAKI To Let for 10 Years, with a Purchasing Clause. MR. J. NEWMAN is authorised by Messrs. Wm. and Daniel Tye to sel heir interest in a Farm on the Tamaki, containing 214 Acres, situated between tht property of Alex. Shepherd, Esq. and Wm Taylor, Esq., having a frontage to the beach known as Mr. Goodfellow's. This Farm is admirably adapted for a practical farmer ; more than 100 Acres have been broken up 5 or 6 years, and have since been s'tocked with Sheep and Cattle. The present crop of Wheat (about 20 Aeres) will be the best proof of its adaptation to the growth of that grain. The 30 Acres of Grass will give ample food for Dairy Cattle and Horses in the spring, so that, without the loss of time generally attendant upon new settlers, the proprietor would feel himself at once in possession of a revenue. The Barn and StablingLare new and commodious — the Cottage neat and comfortable, and a never failing supply of fresh water, with about 30 Acres of Wood suitable for fencing and fuel. The Farm is nearly surrounded with thorns, which give promise of forming a substantial fence.
