G. &H. having an immense Quantity of Goods on hand, have re-marked the whole at unusual Low Prices, without reference to cost, and decided on having One Month's Selling Off previous to arrival of New Goods from England. He will also keep a Register of Land, Houses, &c, required by intending purchasers, lessees, or hirers. Mr. Hansard's charges for commission in the above-mentioned cases will be moderate — and, when practicable, will be subject to prior arrangement.
