Sept. 6. IT. M. S. " Hazard," with troops, from Russell—Same day; the Government brig "Victoria" Ilichards, master. Passengers, His Excellency the Governor, Col. Hulme, Captain Bennett, R. E„ Lieutenant Barclny, and Mr. Hamilton. The " Maid of the Mill" reports that H. M. S. " North Star" is at Tongatabu. The "Nelson" left Gravesend for New Zealand on the 22nd of April. ■
