NO RACE TRAINS TODAY (Saturday), OCTOBER 27, 1945 Owing to the acute shortage of coal, it is regretted that the Railways Department is unable to provide special trains in connexion with the Trentham Races TODAY (Saturday), OCTOBER 27, and as the accommodation on ordinary trains will be fully taxed by regular passengers, it will not be possible to cater for “Race Patrons.”
