Three Days’ Celebration

When it was decided yesterday by the Chinese Retailers’ Association. Wellington, to close all Chinese greengrocers for three days to celebrate the victory over the Japanese, many people rang the mayor, Mr. Appleton, who got in touch with Mr. Wang Feng, the Chinese Con-sul-General.
