A farm hand, Stanley Richard Bent, aged 22, was sentenced lo two mouths* liiipi-ison'nicnt after he hail pleaded guilty before Mr. Stilwell. S.M., in the Magistrates' Court. Weiliiigtun, yesterday, to the theft al 'l'itahi Bay of ElO from Wallace George King. Aeeiised had a bad list of convictions, said Detective-Ser-geant Compton, and this was a particularly mean theft from a friend.
