LONDON, March 6. Petre Grozea, leader of the Ploughman’s Party, has formed a new Cabinet with the former Liberal Premier George Tatarescu ns Deputy Premier, says a report from Bucharest. Grozea was Deputy Premier in General Radescu’s Government and his party was formed after a split with Juliu Manins, National Peasant Party.
