a decision tn form a full branch ot the New Zealand Home Servicemen's Association was reached at a meeting of 80 lllel i in the Lower Hutt U.S.A, rooms last week. It is considered that there is a possible membership of 2000 In the Hutt Valley. ~ . . .. .Mr.' V. C Rodgers, president of the Hutt Valley R.S.A., offered the.new organization the fullest co-operation of the U.S.A. He advised the new body to base its constitution oh solid fundamental principles, such as being non-party ano nonsectarian. and giving service to others.
