Scene In Budapest (Received September 28, 11.45 p.m.) ANKARA, September 28. A big crowd of Hungarians broke into the palace of the Regent, Admiral Horthy, in Budapest, demanding he should sue for peace immediately, lohce dispersed the demonstrators only great difficulty and several arrests.
