Asked in the House of Commons whether he would consider arranging to send a Parliamentary delegation to Moscow to convey to the Russian Government and people the sense of admiration and gratitude felt by the British people for tile magnificent contribution of our Russian allies, Mr. Churchill replied that the British Government had been in touch with the Soviet Government on tho matter, and he hoped to make a statement- in due course.
