The statement says that by these acts, of aggression Germany placed herself in a state of war with Rumania. The Government then ordered the Rumanian army to begin the struggle for the liberation of the whole country, certain of its courage and the support of the Rumanian people. A statement, by the leader of the Peasant Party said that after the attack on Bucharest the Rumanians, who had sacrificed over 500,900 men for German interests, would use every means to be masters of their own country.
