The annual general meeting of the Wellington branch of tho Australasian Institute of Secretaries elected the following officers:—Chairman, Mr. J. C. Falder; vice-chairman. Mr. J. F. Langridge; advisory council, Messrs. W. L. Bnrnie. J. B. Craven, T. L. James, J. W. Miller, and also Messrs. F. 11. Bass, P. E. Pat trick, W. G. Rodger (ex officio) ; auditor, Mr. S. Falconer; branch secretary, Mr. E. M. Bardsley.
