Entertainment Decree In Germany LONDON. August 21. Dr. Goebbels, in a broadcast, announced that in view of the total mobilization, all music halls, theatres, circuses cabarets, and theatrical schools are to be closed as from September 1. Orchestras, music schools and conservatories are also bn lined except a few orchestras which are needed for broadcasting. German entertainment henceforth will be confined to films and radio. In accordance with the new total mobilization, the German authorities announced that the tobacco ration is being reduced by one-third. This means that women will receive one cigarette a day and men two, says the Stockholm correspondent of “The Tinies.” .The authorities sav that mobilization will reduce the available labour for manufacture
