DOES.—A subsidy at the rate of 6/PER POUND will be paid on all MILKY DOES, which will include skins showing milk rings in size not less than the size of one penny. To qualify, skins must bo properly dried and stretched, and must have one complete hind leg left on. SMALL, UNMARKETABLE SKINS.—A subsidy at the rate of 4d. PER SKIN will be paid on all SMALL, UNMARKETABLE SKINS, such as nesters and kittens. To qualify, these skins must be properly stretched, dried, and threaded (not tied) in bundles of ten. W. J.
