Part Of Landing borce (Received August 24. U-30 p.m.) LONDON, August 24. More than 800'commandos were among the Allied troops landed at Areachon, south-west of Bordeaux, on iucsckiy nb'ht, says the Iran correspondent of the Associated Press of Great Britain. Allied forces from inland have reached Libourne. Iff miles north-east of Bordeaux. which is the centre of the last German resistance in south-west I- rauce.
