DREDGE HAND MISSING
An oiler employed on Hie Barrytowu dredge, -John William McGrath, aged 20, single, of Cobden has been missing.since he came off the shift at midnight ou Tuesday. The dredge workers assumed tliat lie went home after finishing the shift, and there was no immediate search for him. Yesterday, however, dragging was carried out in the dredge pond. It is expected that Mr. McGrath may have accidentally stepped off the dredge in the dark into the pond. He had been employed by the Barrytown. Company for the past six months.
