Bagrianov, informed (he Russian Charge d’Affaires that Bulgaria was prepared to accept the establishment of the Macedonian State as one of the federated Yugoslav Slates provided Bulgarian minority rights were preserved, says Hie British Uniled Press Ankara correspondent. Bulgaria was also willing to return Thrace, to Greece provided she was given a corridor to the Aegean Sea. '
