Handed To Next-of-Kin By Governor-General The Governor-General and Lady Newall received privately at Government House yesterday morning the immediate relatives of a number of deceased service personnel, when his Excellency handed to the next-of-kin the decorations mentioned below:— Military Cross: Mr. and Mrs. C. M. Hill, Eastbourne, parents of the late Second-Lieutenant M. C. Hill, ‘2nd N.Z.E.F. Distinguished Flying Cross: Mr. and Mrs. S. E. Gray, Lower Hutt, parents of the late Flight Lieutenant E- McL. Grav. R.N.Z.A.F. Mr. and Mrs. D. A. McKinley, Wellington, parents of the jate Flying Officer T. McKinley, R.N.Z.A.F. Distinguished Conduct Medal: Mr. H. E. Santi, Island Bay, father of the late Bombardier E. W. Santi, 2nd N.Z.E.F. Military Medal: Mr. and Mrs. George Katene, Porirtia, parents of the late Lieutenant G. Katene, 2nd N.Z.E.F. Mr. and Mrs. IL. J. Booker, Wellington, parents of the late Warrant Officer (Class II) K. B. Booker, 2nd N.Z.E.F.
