Attack In China Sea (Received August 22.1.20 a.m.) CHUNGKING. August 21. A communique from General Stilwell’s headquarters reports that Atneru. can Liberators on patrol on Saturday sighted a 14.000-ton Japanese cruiser 1.00 miles ftom Hong Koug. Four b< ’ ,n b' in"' runs over the target produced tbiee direct hits and one probable, and the pilots who participated in the fourth run saw the cruiser sink.
