The Constitution.'!l Assembly of Ecuador has flatly rejected any filans to sell or otherwise cede (lie Galapagos Islands, to the United Slates as proposed by Senator McKellar. The Galapagos Islands lie south-west of the Panama Canal, about 700 miles from the coast of Ecuador. _______
