The attention of Karori residents is drawn lo an advertisement in tills issue giving the mum's of winners of competitions on shop day. August 4. Residents nre also notified that the committee has decided not to have a house-to-house collection, lint, any householder wishing to contribute may send donations to Mr. R. A. (Hon. hon. treasurer. Karori Patriotic Committee Hi Campbell Street. Future activities include ;i picture show, arranged bv the Karori U.S.A, to be held in the U.S.A. Hall. Campbell Street, on August 21. On Flag Day.
