ANDERSON.—On August 17, 1944 at Remuera, Auckland, Euphemia Anna Mar a .(“Molly”), widow of the late William Anderson (Southland), loved youngest daughter of the late Hector and Charlotte Elizabeth Mclvor (Invercargill) and affectionate mother of Ivor (Ranfurly), Valmai and Pauline (Auckland).
ARCHER.—On August 18, 1944, at a private hospital, Wellington, Maurice Aubrey, dearly beloved husband of Beatrice Archer, 138 Kelburn Parade, and beloved father or Joan (Mrs. Ongley), Margaret, and Peter (overseas). BLAIR.—On August 17, 1944. at Beach Hospital, Otakl. William, beloved husband of Florence Blair, late of 26 Norton Bark Avenue, Lower Hutt, and father of Alic, Gill, and Bob; aged 75 years.
BURCH.—On Thursday. August 17. 1944, at Hospital, Greytown, Ivan, beloved son of Sir. and Mrs. A. D. Burch and loved brother of Alma. Ron, Cyril, Betty, and Basil, aged 31 years.
BERNARD.—On August 17,1944, at Wellington, Rex, loved husband of Ruth Burnard, of 83 I'airlio Terraco; aged 26 years.
LOBB.—On August 18, 1944, at Masterton, Arthur Alden, dearly beloved husband of the late Ethel May Lobb; in his 74th year.
McEWEN.—On August 17, 194-1, at a private hospital, Palmerston North, Henry Oscar McEwen, of Colyton, dearly loved father of Lorna (.Mrs.' A. R. Wilkinson), and Ken, of Wellington; aged 62 years. NATTRASS.—On August 18, 1944, at a private hospital, Wellington, Alice Josephine Nattrass, 122 Cecil Road, Wadestown, beloved mother of Ona and Douglas. R.I.P.
ROSSON.—On August 17, 1914, at Lower Hutt Hospital, Frederick Hugh, dearly loved husband of Ruth Rosson, Bristol Street, Treutham; aged 53 years. Service at Anglican Church, Trentham, 3.30 p.m. Today (Saturday), August 19, 1944; interment in Churchyard Cemetery. Isaac Clark & Sons. WILTON.—On August 12, 1941, at Hastings, Edwin Loftus, beloved husband ot the late Emily Florence Wilton, of 1102 E St. Aubyn Street, Hastings; aged 70 years.
