Leading Anti-Semite (Received July 30, 7 p.m.) LONDON. July 29. The German news agency announced ■flint assassins overtook the car in which Marcel Carrel. Vichy Government Delegate for Jewish Questions, was travelling and fired several shots. Carrel was wounded and died in hospital. .Bellier, inspector of the police communications service, who was accompanying him. was also killed.
