OBITUARY
Mr. Evan Parry
The death occurred on Friday of Mr. Evan Parry, a member of lhe legal firm of'Buddle, Anderson. Kirkcaldie. and Parry. Wellington. Mr. Parry was born in London 43 years ago and first came to New Zealand with his parents at the age of nine. He was educated nt Wei'lesley College and returned to England at the age of IS with his .family, completing his education at King’s College, London. When be commenced practice he was a member of Grey’s Inn, and was on the North Wales circuit for a period of two years. When he returned to New Zealand iu 1926 lie joined the firm of barristers and solicitors then known as Buddle. Anderson, and Kirkpatrick as. a partner. In the same year be married ■ Miss Mary Nicol. His father was the late Mr, Evan Parry, a consulting electrical . engineer, who was brought from the United Kingdom to advise the New Zealand Government on the development of hydro-electric sunplies in the Dominion. Tie is survived by his wife and two children, Jane and David.
