CANBERRA. July 21. The establishment of permanent symphony orchestras of at least 85 members in Sydney and Melbourne and the building in each city of a proper hall for symphony concerts, drama, opera and ballet has been suggested to the Commonwealth Government, by the eminent American conductor.
