The cost of motor vehicle licences for public servants will in future be borne by the Government, where the ollicer’s salary does not exceed £4OO a year, irrespective of whether or not he requires a licence for private purposes, in oiher cases the cost of licences "’ill be born by the Government, for official purposes biif not. if the officer requires a licence privately.
