The jumpers provided most interest and there were several good bouts over the hurdles. The stablemates, Noble Fox and Mountain Fox, were paired over four fences, and they both went well. Indian Sign, Young Charles and Abdicate figured in an interesting bout. The first-named jumped splendidly and so did Young Charles, who went more generously than usual.
