Citizens’ Candidates Take All City Seats MR. APPLETON TOPS POLL Citizens’ candidates again won nil four city seats on the Wellington Harbour Board. Mr. Appleton topped the poll with 29.349 votes. Sir Charles Norwood being in second place. The three sitting members who sought re-election were returned. Mr. Macalistel" replaces Mr. M. Fraset", who did not contest the election. Fifth on the list, heading the Labour candidates, was Mr. Chapman with 21.-. U votes. 6368 behind Mr. Macalister. Citizens’ candidates were also elected to represent the Combined District, Mr. Andrews topping the poll. Mr. Macfarlane is a new member. .
