Allies Will Be Ready If Germany Collapses

The European Advisory Commission has now received Russian proposals for armistice terms to be imposed on Germany, says the diplomatic correspondent of the “Sunday Tinies.” It therefore has before it three drafts —British. American, and Russian —which it will seek to co-ordinate.
