The outstanding batsmen for Old Boys were Harber, who reached 69, including one six and 10 tours, in 77 minutes and Freeman, whose 55 included eight, tours. The Old Boys’ innings was declared closed nt. 4.25 p.m., and at 4.33 p.m. Appell and Bain went after the runs in such resolute fashion that 50 came up in 22 minutes.
