Plans In United States (British Official Wireless.l (Received February 20, 7 p.m.) RUGBY, February 19. President Roosevelt has received from Mr. Bernard Baruch and his associate, Mr. John Hancock, a detailed report on how the change from war to peace economy could be carried out without a depression. Mr. Baruch says: “Handled with confidence, our adjustment after the war is won should be an adventure in prosperity." „ There are now two reports on post-war conversion before the Americans. The other is the George plan, introduced in the Senate last week.
