ISSUE OF COUPONS
Supply Till End Of October
The impression seems to be general among the public that consumers will have to collect their meat rationing coupons from post offices each week. The Food and Rationing Controller. Mr. J. E. Thomas, stated ip reply to an inquiry last evening that this was not so. A sheet of coupons sufficient to last till the end of October, he said, would be issued before the start of the scheme.
