CHUNGKING, February 17.
‘S*he. tenth Panchen Lama of Tibet was formally enthroned in the Taerh Temple before 100,000 people, including members of the Kuomintang Central Executive Committee. The Panchen Lama is the ■bov who was discovered at Hsunhwa, in C'hinghai Province, and who was born simultaneously with the ninth Panchen's death on November 3, 1937. The Panchen is considered to be the reincarnation of Buddha,
