NEW SOUTH WALES FIRES
(Received February 16, 9.40 p.m.) SYDNEY, February 16. Fires have destroyed many acres of valuable pasture land, crops and miles of fencing in New South Wales. Testerday was the second hottest day of the summer here. The ‘Sydney Fire Brigade was called to 80 x fires.
