IN SOUTH ATLANTIC
More Submarines Sunk (Received February 15, 10,30 p.m.) PERINAMBUCO (Brazil), Feb. 15. Vice-Admiral Ingram’s headquarters has annouuccd that United States Navy flyers have sunk two more German submarines in . the South Atlantic. The “New York Times” says that the United States and Brazilian naval and air forces now claim to have sunk 18 submarines since the war began.
