BOLIVIAN CABINET
Three Resignations . (Received February 13, 7 p.m.) BUENOS AIRES, February 12. According to reports from Lapaz, three members of the Bolivian Government, iu-c-luding the Minister of the Interiior, Senor Alberto Taborga, have resigned. The Associated Press of America says the resignations are interpreted as a move by the Bolivian Government to eject pro-Axis elements, which other American republics have found objectionable, and to bid for recognition by the United States. Taborga, who is strongly- proAxis, is replaced by Lieutenant-Colonel Alfredo Pachecho, who is regarded as definitely pro-Allied. The Minister of Agriculture, Senor Montenegro, and the Governmental Secretary, Senor Augusto Cespides, both bitter foes of “Yankee Imperialism,” have also resigned.
