TURKEY REPORTED WILLING
To Fight With Allies WAITING FOR WAR MATERIALS (Received February 13, 7 p.m.) LONDON, February 12. The Ankara correspondent of the British United Press, quoting an interview with M. 'Saracoglu, says the Turkish Premier indicated that Turkey was not only willing, but. had actually given a definite undertaking to enter the war on the Allies’ side if and when war materials for which she asked were delivered. M. Suraeoglu's statement emphasized that Turkey’s part in the war, if she enters it, must be completely Turkish, and not merely to provide Turkish infantry and army auxiliary to Allied technical experts.
