NORWEGIANS DISOBEY
(British Offlcial Wireless.) RUGBY,. February 8. A new mass disobedience movement which may have- far-reaching consequences, has been started by Norwegian patriots, according to information reaching London. Through the medium of the underground Press, patriots have placed an embargo on all civilian guard duty, which the Germans have been calling on thousands of Norwegians Io perform for anti-sabotage patrol on railway Hues and in docks.
