Champagne Workers Involved (By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright.) (Received January 19, 8.30 p.m.) LONDON, January 19. The Germans last November arrested Count Robert Devogue, proprietor of the champagne firm of Moet et Chandon. on the accusation that he had aided the French patriots. The secretary of the champagne industry association in protest appealed to the employees at Rheims and Epernay to cease work.
