The Rev. E. Nicholls, of the Colombo Street. Baptist Church. Christchurch, is retiring from the’ministry owing to illhealth. He has had 33 years’ service.
Air. AY. E. Loadlcy. chairman of the Wellington Rehabilitation Committee and a member of the Dominion Rehabilitation Council, is visiting Auckland.
Dr. IT. R. Fraenkel. AVellington, has received advice from London that be has been admitted as a member of the Institute of Industrial Administration (M'.I.T.A.). Air. E. J. Fawcett. Dircefor-Gcncral of 11. i; Department of Agriculture, and Lieutnnant F. A. Riiyiiialcy, of the United Stale;: Joint Purchasing I'.mnd. have been inspecting vegetable growing projects in the Wnikato and Auckland districts tliis week.
