LONDON, September 28. Tonight’s Soviet communique records advances of up to 13 miles in the Kremenchug direction. Potoki, five miles north-east, and Rublevka. 12 miles northwest of Kremenchug, were captured. in the Gomel direction the Russians advanced between six and nine miles and took Zyabrovka, 14 miles south-east, and Krasnayagora, 45 miles mirth-east ot Gomel. Advances of up to 15 miles were made in the Kogilev direction, anil ttie town of Mstisiavl was captured and advances of 12 miles were made in the Vitebsk direction. Excluding a "large number” of inhabited places which were captured on'the left bank of the Dnieper, the Rod Army today freed more than 11-9 localities.
