Important Gain In Italy STRONG ATTACK ON NAPLES LONDON, September 28. The most important news contained in today’s communique from Allied headquarters at Algiers is that the Eighth Army has captured Foggia. The communique states that the enemy casualties in the fighting before its capture were considerable. The importance of this capture is emphasized because the most important air installation in .southern Italy, a made airfield and 12 satellite landing grounds have passed into our hands as well as an important rail and road centre.
