'■ /■■ ■' ■ .: SAYS: THE figures quoted in my advertisement in yesterday morning’s “Dominion” were what I believed to (be the final returns, but apparently the Servicemen’s figures had not then been given to mei The later figures indicate that Mr. Fraser beat me by 1133, not 886. and his final result is 6212, as against my 5079. so his total polling this time wa5.573 better than my 1938 figure of 5539. I make this correction in fairness to Mr. Fraser, whom I congratulate on his polling. WILL APPLETON.
