LIQUOR CHARGES

Senior-Sergeant A. 11. Barnes said accused was the occupier of rooms le and 2e in Boulcott Chambers, and room 2c had been used as a drinking resort for servicemen and their women companions. No information had been laid under the Licensing Act. and though, under the Emergency Regulations a person could be arrested and brought before the Court, it was submitted that an information bad still to be laid under the regulations.
