VICE-DELEGATES FOR FRANCE APPOINTED
'J'lie delegate in New Zealand of the French Committee of National Liberation in Algiers slates that, according to instructions received from Hie Ambassador of France, the Commissioner of External Affairs, and will) the authorization of the New Zealand Government, lie has opened vice-delegations at Christchurch for Canterbury and at Dunedin for Otago and Southland and that Messrs. G. E. F. Kingscote and S. E. I). Neill have been appointed vice-delegates respectively.
