A communique issued by the Yugoslav partisan army announces the capture of the town and port of Spilt,, the main Dalmatian seaport on the Adriatic coast, and also Hie town of bmj, la miles north-east of Split. Yugoslav partisans have also occupied a whole section of the railway from Zagreb to tbe Adriatic, starting at the inland station of Ogulin-Susak. [A message on Wednesday sated that the port of Dubrovnik, in southern Dalmatia, was believed to have been occupied by Italian and Yugoslav forces.J
