HIGHER AGE LIMIT

American Armed Services (Received March 8, 9 p.m.) WASHINGTON. March 7. Men over 38 and under -15 years of age are no longer classified as too old for the armed services. The' Manpower Commission has ordered their reclassification providing for induction “if and when the armed forces determine that they can be used in the military establishment.” The armed services have not indicated whether the order foreshadows an immediate call-up. The chief aim of the new order is the inducement of men over 38 to enter farm work.
