All appeal is being made to New Zealanders to give financial assistance to the Queen Charlotte Maternity Hospital, London, where free treatment is given to the wives of soldiers, sailors and airmen, and where several New Zealand nurses have been trained. In the Dominion ward in the hospital the first New Zealand lied (which cost £1000) has been established through generous donations from Ibis country, and £5OO is in hand toward another New Zealand bed. Iler Majesty the Queen is patron of the hospital.
